Intensive Leadership Tracks

In the surveying of other leaders we are responding to the needs expressed and are attempting to create a more intensive track for you to be able to focus on a specific area in your leadership development. This means that you will choose one of the six tracks to concentrate on during the conference. We realize that is difficult to do as a leader but are encouraging FOCUS!

If you are attending with your team (which we hope you are!) You may want to attend one track together as a team OR consider splitting your team to attend two or three different tracks. You will have opportunity to make your selection at registration on the day of the conference. Each track will be taught by qualified instructors who have significant experience and training in their prospective track.
